Last night

Last night Tankus the Henge hit the Camden Barfly like an angry butterfly, flapping it's wings wildly and careering around in madness, but still making everyone smile wider than that time when they watched a sex scene with their family and it wasn't awkward. You learn from such things. But back to last night; the band played a great set and people danced, merch was sold, and all was good. The single "Smiling Makes The Day Go Quicker" will be released worldwide via digital means on the 29th October 2007. Up until then, there will be a two week pre-release period on iTunes.

Mercy and love

We met Aaron Weiss (mewithoutYou) at the Borderline in London yesterday. He grabbed Luke's diary and wrote: "If there was some way for me to take the mercy and love I've been shown and put it here for you to read and then feel and know, I imagine I'd do it... But there'd probably be some adverse effect, some cheapening of it." Woops. But seriously, he's a great guy, those are good words and they are a band worth seeing.
